Enrofloxacin (ENR) ELISA Test Kit
Storage conditions
l The kit shall be stored at [2-8 ?]. Expiry date: 12 months
l The opened Microelisa Stripplate can be stored at [2-8 ?] and avoid damp. Use for at least 2 months.
Introduction
The test kit is detecting for the quantitative analysis of Enrofloxacin in honey, animal tissue (chicken, pork, fish, and shrimp), eggs, milk and milk powder.
Principle of test
The Enrofloxacin (ENR) ELISA Test Kit is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay.
The Enrofloxacin antibody has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with the Enrofloxacin-horseradish peroxidase (Enrofloxacin -HRP) conjugate. If the Enrofloxacin residue is present in the sample, it will compete for the Enrofloxacin antibody, thereby preventing the Enrofloxacin-HRP from binding to the antibody attached to the well, last, take coloration with TMB substrate. The samples A value is an inverse relationship with ENR residue content. Lastly, compared with the standard curve can be concluded the ENR residues in sample.
